Processing Time
All of our products are made to order just for you. Most orders are shipped within 2–7 business days after submission.
Please note that processing time can vary depending on the time of year, product availability, and order size. You can view the estimated ship-by date for each order in your Orders tab once your order is placed.

United States: 🎉 FREE standard shipping on all orders

International: No shipping available at this time.

Delivery Time

Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping through our trusted print partner. This option is available for all sales channels, manual orders, and CSV import.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Order Changes & Address Updates
Because each item is custom printed on demand, we cannot modify or cancel orders once production has begun. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at ohthatmomquita@gmail.com, and we’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue.
