Refund & Return Policy

At Oh That Mom, each item is custom made to order — printed and packaged just for you! Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

We’re happy to offer a refund or free reprint for any damaged or defective products if the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order ID, and

  • Photo proof clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Changing your mind after placing the order

Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot resell returned items.

Lost or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address, a refund of the product price only will be issued (shipping costs are non-refundable).
